Barbara Desderi, graduate sommelier and expert in pastry and vegetables. He began his professional career preparing sweets for “Rime Rampanti” and then moving on to the pastry department of the “Cibreo” and catering “Galateo”. After attending the cooking classes at the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Art in Florence, he began his collaboration with the same until in 2003 he opened his own cooking school La Pentola delle Meraviglie in Florence, where in addition to the training activity in Professional field is dedicated to teaching Italian cuisine to Italian and foreign enthusiasts and professionals.
