Moulten chocolate cake

3 oz of dark chocolate 2 oz of unsalted butter 2 oz of fine sugar 1 tbsp of flour 2 eggs   Melt chocolate with butter and sugar. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt, the sifted flour and mix with a whisk. Grease and flour 4 individual moulds, pour in the chocolate mixture and leave in the freezer for minimum 1 hour. Cook them frozen at 400°F for 10 minutes. Serve them immediately with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
